Every Step
Matters. Every Crutch Counts

Making a Global Impact

At Steps without Borders, we believe mobility is a right- not a privilege. That's why we collect and ship crutches to underserved communities across the globe, giving children and adults the chance to walk, learn, work and thrive

Our Mission

Steps Without Borders is a nonprofit dedicated to restoring independence and dignity by providing mobility aids- starting with crutches - to individuals in third world countries who need them most.

Our Story

Mission Overview

Steps without Borders is a dedicated Nashville-based nonprofit organization focused on sending crutches to developing countries and areas in need. Our primary goal is to establish trust and garner support, donations, partnerships, sponsorships, volunteers, and ambassadors. Through our website, we aim to explain our mission, drive donations, recruit volunteers, and gather email subscriptions for our newsletter.

How It Works

1. We Collect

We gather new and gently used crutches from individuals, hospitals, and medical supply partners

2. We Coordinate

We collaborate with clinics, nonprofits and communities around the world to identify those in need

3. We Ship

We package and deliver crutches directly to areas where they'll change lives- one shipment at a time
